We provide both personal training programs and semi-private lessons. Before you start a fitness program, you must first have a fitness evaluation with our certified personal trainer. During this evaluation, we'll assess your fitness level and help you set realistic goals. Although this is an optional service, we do recommend that you take advantage of both nutrition and fitness services to get the most out of your program.
