Personal Training:

These one-hour sessions consist of a warm up, muscular conditioning and flexibility training. Working 1-on-1 with your trainer, you'll learn proper techniques in order to get the most out of your workouts. We'll also:

  • Explain how you can advance your program to meet your specific goals 

  • Set up a cardiovascular program 

  • Continually assess your specific needs and goals throughout your program

How often you meet will depend on your personal needs. A 24-hour notice is required for cancellations. Unless there is an emergency, you will be charged for the visit.
