came to Metabolic Designs to begin a fitness program. My goals were to
firm up, lose body fat and to develop a habit to exercise daily. I had
tried various gyms and fitness centers in the past but I was not
comfortable in those settings. I found the motivation and one-on-one
guidance at Metabolic Designs to be exactly what I was looking for. By
committing to several weekly workout sessions that fit my schedule, I
was able to reach my goals. My fitness instructor created a cardio
program for fat burning, and a strength training program to firm upper
and lower body. Each session was crafted for my personal needs and level
of fitness. My instructor taught me proper from and explained the muscle
groups as we worked through the session. I found myself working harder
as I gained knowledge about what I was doing and why. I increased
weights after just a few workouts and I am excited about the increased
strength I gained. When I began my sessions I was unable to do an
"ab crunch". After a few sessions I was amazed to see the
strength I developed and now make ab crunches part of my daily routine.
Now, after two months of consistent workouts I am so delighted to be
wearing clothing that was once too tight. My body fat has
decreased from 32% down to 26%. I feel energetic and have increased
stamina. I am so grateful to the Metabolic staff for getting me focused
and developing a healthy way of life."
